Yes, peace talks are happening.

Gosh, it feels like the Middle East peace talks, doesn't it? It's huge, it's huge.

Prince Harry to start the healing process, knowing that an angry brother is a dangerous one.

That's a really key point here. I'm not sure he's doing this because he's taking the high road.
