He's not going to be with us today. He's busy, busy, busy at his day job, but don't worry, naughty. We've got a ton of gossip to get to. So I'll jump in. You're the co-hosts today. What time is it, my friends? There's a tea time. Big story at the top of the show. So Thomas Markle, Megan Markle's dad, is eyeing a big payday

for a post-surgery interview. Oh, so he told you about this story. It's developed over the weekend.

Thomas was rushed to hospital in the Philippines where he lives, and then his children, his two other children, reached out, told people that he was in the hospital, was having trouble. Well, now that turns out not to be exactly true. Thomas called the press. He called the media before he called any of his children. And so when he knew he was going to have his leg amputated,

instead of reaching out to his kids who he calls the most important people in his life,

he called the Daily Mail. Over the weekend, there's an exclusive photo shoot, an interview,

with the male heartbreaking. He says that he wants to see Megan again. He

wants to meet his grandchildren before he dies a really heartbreaking dramatic picture and story in the

Daily Mail. He also adds that despite what Megan's PR people said last week that they had reached out to her, that Megan had reached out to her, he has not spoken to her yet.

Well, now sources tell me he wants to do a TV interview.

He wants to do a big interview where he explains everything, but once again, he's looking for a lot of money one insider tells me he keeps

calling this powerful that he thinks that this is a very big moment and he knows how the tabloids how the

media works and he wants this one last splash before he goes i suppose my megan sources. This is so difficult. They tell me

quote, she can't win. If she calls him, it's a headline. If she doesn't call him, it's a headline, too.

They insist they did not downplay how sick he was, and they insist to that they did reach out

to him. She emailed him. Now, the statement they released was very

carefully worded. Had she spoken with her dad, they would have said that. Megan and her dad have had a

conversation. That clearly did not happen. They said she had reached out. So I'm told she sent an

email. He didn't respond. I'm not even sure if it's the right email address. But now what do they do?

They know his selling stories again. But I should point out, and it has been pointed out by their

critics, by the Sussex's critics, that Harry did this to his family. He sold a book. He sold their

secrets. He wrote down everything. He didn't go directly to the press, but he put him in a book,
