So in Britain, it appears like King Charles is blaming his late mommy, the Queen, Queen Elizabeth, for Andrew's scandal.

So Palace Insiders are stunned by King Charles' latest move, shifting the blame for disgraced.

Prince Andrew, his ongoing scandals onto his late mother, Queen Elizabeth, the second.

One insider tells me, it's desperate.

They're trying to make it look as if the queen left the king, her son, an unexploded

bomber, when in reality, Charles has been pulling the strings for years. This rumour got so big

the Sunday Times reported that Charles's inner circle believed that the queen indulged Andrew, protecting him from the fallout of his really ugly friendship with paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

But sources tell me, straight shooter, that Charles, not the Queen, made the key decisions including, including stripping Andrew of his titles and quietly allowing him back into

public life. So sources tell me that the Queen contained the crisis. She knew there was a crisis,

but she contained it. Charles re-ignited it. Observer say that the king wanted this forgiveness campaign,

putting Andrew back on display at family events,

and it backfired totally.

The public is not putting up with this anymore.

Sort of say it was one of his biggest mistakes.

He thought that standing beside his brother Andrew would make him look merciful.
