You are about to hear the voice of a man who is justifying one of the most annoying and occasionally deadly acts of civil disobedience. This guy is from Seattle and is someone who blocks freeways. In his defense given on social media, he says that by stopping tens of thousands of people from commuting, that somehow stops taxes, and the government, therefore, be unable to fund war in Palestine. Never mind that the gas tax has just been increased and cars are sitting there idling. My friend, Katy Faust, was trapped by some of these people on the West Seattle Freeway, and on Twitter, she described what she did to get through. She joins us to discuss her experience and her perspective on raising children in the pagan land of Seattle.
