It's Monday, a fresh reek, lots of delicious new gossip, and our dear friend, Garrett Vogel, from Z-100 joining us. Hello, Garrett. Hello, Rob. Shooter. How is your weekend? Very, very nice. I slept and slept, and it was nice out, so I walked my doggy. Hey, I'm so impressed. I'm looking at you on the Zoom and you've already been to the gym and it's 6.30 a.m. Garrett, you are a machine. Well, you know what? I look at all these celebrities and, you know, we put these celebrities on such a high pedestal at times and we're like, they're human too. If they could do it, why can't we do it? Now, I'm not saying I'm Mark Wahlberg or The Rock, but, you know, it is possible. You just got to kick yourself in the butt sometimes to do it. You got to do the work. Even celebrities have to do the work. We say this all the time on this show. I worked with J-Lo. You know it. I talk about it all the time. We're going to talk a lot about it today. Oh yes, today absolutely. Once I made the mistake, Garrett, of going to the gym with her. What a mistake. She was a machine. I basically almost broke a sweat on a treadmill. She had done seven circuit laps around the gym. Here's my thing. If I ever work out with a celebrity, I would feel like as much as I want to show them up, I can't. Like, especially you, you're on J-Lo's payroll. Like, if you go in there and try to show up J-Lo, that's not good for business. You know what I mean? But it also is not good for reality, because the chance of me showing her up in a gym, come on. I think you could. I think you could get it. Come on. I just had a big Mac.

So Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, my sources tell me, are casually back together. So there's a lot of reports out there that they saw each other,

their friends, they were hanging out. My sources are saying, well, there's a little bit more

to it than that. So sources tell me the following quote. Jennifer has a lot of friends,

a lot of family members who she could turn to support

right now after she broke up with A-Rod. Everybody knows that Ben is the love that got away.

These two had issues, particularly he had issues. She had to get out of that relationship.

Ben was not in a good place, but he is in a good place now. They both are single sources tell me,

of course, they're back together. They are the quintessential friends from high school that

broke, got together, went out for a couple months, broke up, got back together, broke up.

I mean, there's so many layers to this story.
