1:19.1	a six to three majority, including two conservative justices appointed by President Trump,
1:24.2	ruled Friday that he violated the law by unilaterally implementing sweeping tariffs on foreign goods without congressional approval.
1:32.6	Even after his rebuked by the justices whom he attacked as, quote, fools and lap dogs disloyal to our Constitution,
1:39.8	the president is forging ahead with new tariffs, announcing a 10% levy on all foreign goods,
