Monica was born in Brooklyn and raised in the suburbs in New York City she grew up

the youngest of nine kids in a blue collar Roman Catholic family and is now the mother of one daughter and two sons

Monica's worked as a waitress before and during college received several generous scholarships that allowed her to transfer from Community

College to Harvard.

She's earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Rockin Community College, a bachelor's degree

from Harvard University with a concentration in economics, law degree from Stanford Law School and a

Masters and Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
