It's been a long time.

Yeah, it's been a while since I've seen you.

Yes, it's been we actually the last time you were in studio with us

was almost two years ago, believe it or not, right before

full gear in Newark. Yeah, so it's been a while. That was a great show and it's great to

be back for Grand Slam. Yep, I'll be going to Grand Slam. You're the only person that I come into the city for,

one for this interview and then for Grand Slam next week.

So it's very rare I leave my house in New Jersey

to come into New York. And that's what I was actually talking to Adam before you came in and the fact that with all the traveling you do and he was talking about the time zones and like,

like how does your body adjust to all this travel

and the fact that you're always passionate,

energetic whenever you're on the microphone?

Well, I think that, you know, it's always the same time for the show.

It's always on at 8 p.m. Eastern, so whether we're, you know, out in the West Coast, we're still

at a fixed time so you can kind of keep your clock for the body

tuned to the time of the show. And you know, whether it's 5 p.m. start time in

LA or an 8 p.m. start time here in New York, you know, it just feels

the same and then it changes a little bit going to Europe. It's a different clock

when I'm in London for sure. But I like it.
