And that brings me to this stage which is our timeline. So the first stop on our journey through

our timeline is the prenatal period and it turns out that for bursts occurring in winter vitamin D

supplementation actually increase neonatal bone content by almost 10% for moms who are just taking

only a thousand international units of vitamin D. And what about preterm bursts? Well it turns out 80

percent of the neonatal bodies calcium actually accumulates during weeks 36 through 38. So in

preterm babies especially those with very low birth weights had an increased risk of osteophenia

and osteoporosis. So it was recommended that mom takes calcium and vitamin D and that the baby

have weight gain and eliminate fat sugar and carbonated soda so that they don't have as much
