Hello, my friends, welcome back to the morning mindset.

I hope you're ready to get your mind aligned with the truth of God.

You know, I find myself sometimes sitting down to record these episodes and just feel

worn and spent and tired and not sure I'm even going to have anything to say, but

the Lord is so faithful.

We start looking into His Word.

He brings about truth and He brings about life and He brings about the power and energy.

To get us going for the day, that's why the morning mindset is here.

Because that is proven to be true in my life and I know it's going to be true in years

as you get into the habit of reading scripture and applying it to your life every day.

Let's dive in.

Proverbs 12 verse number four.

Now before we get into the content of the verses today, I want to give you a little warning.

We live in a culture that it seems is quick to take offense about anything.

Anytime something is spoken that might push on a sore spot or a tenderness in your own

life, do you have the tendency to kind of throw up your hands and push back and say,

who are you to say XYZ to me?

Friends, that is not the humble attitude of a Christian, of a Christ follower.

We're to be receiving instruction, we're to be growing in our knowledge and wisdom and

that comes many times from having those tender spots pushed and having someone point out

the things that are that are needful of growth in our lives.

Now today, the passage we come to, we're just going verse by verse.
