Let's turn back over to the Book of Daniel, where I'm going to be in chapter 6 tonight.

I had somebody come up and ask me what was number two on having an excellent spirit.

I thought I said all of that this morning, but apparently I didn't do it very well.

So number one, the first thing that I talked about is that you have to know your identity.

If you knew who you are and what God had done on the inside of you, if you knew yourself

spiritually instead of just physically, you would automatically

begin to do things with excellence. You would begin to believe for more. But the vast

majority of Christians don't realize what they have and what their potential is.

They think they're limited to what their test scores show, to what they see in the mirror,

what people have said about them and things like that.

But I guarantee every one of us inside is absolutely awesome.

And if you knew your true identity, who you are in Christ, it would cause you to start believing for more to have an

excellent spirit to not settle for less. So that was number one. Number two,

what I talked about this morning was that you can't compromise.

You've got to set standards and you can't just let this world conform you and

squeeze you into its mold.

You've got to stand. You got to get rid of fear. You got to quit having a fear of

man. The fear of man brings a snare. You've got to get to a place to where

you're out to please God and if doing what God tells you to do
