Hello, Savannah. It's great to be here, very excited. I hope this all goes well. But we shall see.

We shall see. I mean, if you want me to introduce myself, basically, yep.

Yes, please do. Tell us about yourself and why you chose to apply to become a podcast host.

First of all, I'm the kind of person that I don't intend to fully get involved in stuff and then I accidentally do.

And I think it's about time that we have more hosts really because obviously we've had a wonderful

dynamic with let's say you row and lilith i loved it but obviously as time goes on people do move

on and then you need someone to take over really i think the last podcast episode was back in september

yeah i think it just helps to have this here for everybody

because it's so it's good to listen to.

And sometimes we need the constant reminders to keep our standards

because it's so easy to let all the noise and other people's opinions slowly push us back.

You know, there's a lot of pushback against the strategy.

And also, I mean, with the topic we're discussing today, which is a genetic heritability,

which is mostly from our fathers, there are a few reasons why I've chosen this.
