I know for a fact that a female nurse would make me feel more comfortable, would put me in a safer situation, but also that identity means everything and biology means nothing.

So how do I know who's female, who's male? How do I even rectify this in my

brain? And I ended up just like mentally freezing and going, okay, something's wrong.
