Just how much is the Iran war a catastrophic moment, I guess, in the history of, I would argue, the fall of Western power?

Donald Trump flits between saying that Iran has been 100% defeated and begging his allies to try and police the strait of Homo, where obviously 20% of the world's

oil supplies go through, looking a little bit desperate just by his attempt to put a bullish

spin on everything.

Many of you will know the interviews I did with him during

Israel's, obviously, ongoing genocide with the Palestinian people. He is a brilliant analyst at

why I just invented a word for you. Also, a former advisor to, well, on the Israeli negotiating team, a long

time ago, and you'll probably hear from his perspective to think if you had, I know,

ideas about what that might entail in practice now, I think will be quickly driven away.

I mean, the same as a soul, trying to put the pieces of this madness together and come out

with some kind of reasoned assessment, but impossible to do.

Each time one has to tune into the rantings and flailing of the US

commander-in-chief. You're like, yeah, okay. How are you doing it is. I'm doing it okay. Not

withstanding the world collapsing into ever more violent chaos that has been the story of the last

10 years. But it certainly is, yeah, it's taking a particular dive, I would say.

I mean, there's this, lots of people talk about what this actually means strategically for

the West, I guess.
