Summary

Sara welcomes former DEA Special Agent in Charge Derek Maltz, who ran the special operations division there as well. Sara and Derek discuss whether the unrest in China will have any impact on China's efforts to poison Americans by sending the precursor chemicals for fentanyl to the Mexican drug cartels. He also explains why the United States is failing badly to stop the cartels from sending massive amounts of fentanyl into the U.S. and what it will take to stop the cartels.
