You know, I actually, so I was listening to Johnny Mitchell, the Connect podcast.

And once I started, once I found him, I started to kind of go into this genre of podcast.

And I immediately found you. And I also loved your podcast because there were so many episodes, right? And I was just like, I just started listening to it. And then one day, I don't know if it was I sell you on Hobocos. I was like, you know, I'm just going to DM, Ian, and just see if there's a connect, especially because I, because you're not that far from me, right? I was like, oh, it could be an easy trip. And I did, and you like got right back to me and that was that, you know? I run my socials and check my DMs regularly. I've gotten some of my best episodes just looking at the DMs. Totally. And other people could have got those episodes, too. They just had to look in the DMs. So I never passed down an opportunity.

And I saw that we had like a lot of, like a lot of my friends from high school were following you that are into fitness and stuff.
