Summary
In today's solo episode, Emily gives updates on some of her travel plans, as well as an event she is attending and would love to meet you guys! She is going to New Jersey on August 14 for the Veteran's Outreach Workout event hosted by the Atilis Gym in Bellmawr. There is going to be other athletes for a meet and greet, speakers, contests, giveaways, a workout and much more! If you see Emily, she would love to talk to you. Also, in this episode Emily shares a letter written by an attendee at the Evolve With Emily retreat from 2019. This letter is very special and it just solidifies her WHY for doing what she does, and that WHY is to help as many people as she can find their way in life and work everyday to be their most excellent self. Emily also shares an encounter she had with a girl over the weekend and the impact that conversation had. This is a wonderful episode that reminds you to share any amount of light, love and positivity you have in your life, you never know who it might help.
