I was going to say, I'm very surprised you're opening the show with that. Yeah, I got to lure them in. Welcome, everybody, to the resistance broadcast. I'm John. Thank you so

much for joining us today. It's our Thursday show, which means we're going to be doing a lot of discussing.

We have one with the force. We're bringing that one back for the first time in a while and we're also going to have a discussion a little bit later on sort of finding a middle ground because we've heard you and

mcgregor talk about the fact that he needs to get inch to inch himself a little closer to the

alec Guinness version of obo and canobi than he was accustomed to playing in the prequels which was

much further away from a new hope so we're going to speculate a bit on what type of Obi-1 we may get out of you and McGregor this time around. So it should be a fun chat. We

haven't really, we don't pre-plan our discussions. We also don't pre-plan saying pre-planned.

But so we'll see what comes of it, TRB style. But Lacey and James with me as always, Gillerin, you are the type of person who does not hesitate to state that you and McGregor and Obi-1 Kinobi are the greatest of all time.

So you're just excited to get more Obi-1 as it is.

Yes, I can't wait to see more Obi-1-Kinobi and more Ewan-Kin specifically.

I love him.

But again, this is a show that I didn't know I wanted until we got it.

But then as soon as they announced it, I was crying.

Like, I'm just so, so excited about this show because here on the podcast, we talk a lot about

actors being excited to be in their roles and what people are saying.

And for years and years, he's been asked about.

And he had like, I'd love to come back.

I'd love to come back.

And then you find out for years he's been lying because he had to about being able to be Obi-1 Canobi
