Very excited to be here this evening because we are celebrating this.

We are going to be diving into the life and career of this year's Newport Beach Film Festival TV Performance of the Year Award recipient.

He is a Scotsman who has been one of our great actors on screens, big and small,

for more than 30 years. And now, at the age of 53, he is being celebrated with some of the

best reviews of his career and with the aforementioned Festival Honor for his terrific turn

as an aristocrat whose life is upended by the Russian Revolution on the Paramount Plus

limited series, a gentleman in Moscow. When he first burst onto the scene in the 1990s, most
