Welcome to the show everybody as I continue

as I continue to experiment the new thing I'm going to be trying with the

show is I am going to add some bonus content some commentary

keeping you guys up to date on kind of some of the new ideas I'm tinkering with and

that sort of thing give you maybe a little more context for

what's going on behind the scenes of the podcast but I'm going to do it after the show so you can opt out of it just like a bonus

content in any TV or movie or whatever and then I don't have to have a big long thing in the beginning that some of you rightfully

You know want to get straight to the interview or whatever and so yeah that's how we're doing it from now on.

So at the end of the show I'll be giving you a couple updates on a couple things

that have been going on including talking about this positive optimistic

Shane, this person that I sometimes forget exists that's been taking over my life of late and some comments on that and what some

of that's about and talking a little bit about perception and consciousness and

some productivity tips that I've been implementing in my own life that maybe you'll find useful as well.
