I continue to be on the men, and I want to thank listeners for all the advice and well-ishes

regarding my gout.

I'll tell you something very funny, a listener, David Knights, points out in Australia, there

is a 17-year-old runner.

His name is gout gout-gout, and he ran the 200 in 20.04 seconds and oh the irony yeah and it's literally

g-o-ut that would be like my name being Paragon of health you know Adonis Adonis I

don't know so I appreciated that but also made it, as a lot of my fellow Catholics will know this,

I made it through standing during Palm Sunday Mass, which is the passion they go through

the gospel. This year's was Luke, which I generally think is shorter. I could be wrong. There's a lot

of shrilling back with Christ

between like Herod and Pylid and Caiaphas and you know and but then like certain parts

were shortened all of a sudden, you know, he's on his way, you know, to crucifixion. So made it
