It's a sunny afternoon at the lake.

Every fruit you can think of is here. From apples and oranges to

kiwis and papayas. And they're all waiting in line to try out for this year's boat race

against the vegetables.

Albie, the avocado, is very nervous.

He never gets picked for teams, ever.

Not even the Spelling Bee team, and Albee is pretty good at spelling.

He turns to his best friend, Paolo the Pineapple.

It, Paolo, what am I even doing here?

I'm never going to make the team.

Apollo smiles at him.

Ah, come on, I'll be. You have just as much chances. Any other fruit here?

I'm Portia Peach, and I have five gold medals, four for rowing and one for

various fruits.
