What I'm going to share with you guys today is about the resurrection of Christ.

And I have a PowerPoint because I'm going to give you a lot of information and it helps to see it while you're hearing it said.

Just helps us to digest that a little bit better.

Now, around Easter Easter every year our

friends at the History Channel National Geographic and PBS like to put out

documentaries attacking the the faith of Christians everywhere,

saying that Jesus, did Jesus really exist?

And things like this that are in the end just totally bunk like they're not factually true they're not

historically accurate but for people whose only exposure to Jesus is the

history channel PBS and National Geographic, they're in trouble.

And for us as Christians we want to sort of prepare ourselves for the culture we live in.

These are the attacks that are coming. These are the things that are

coming down upon us and that people will hit us with. You know how you go to witness

to someone and they vaguely recall to use some distorted version of something they saw that one time on that

YouTube video and you're like what are you even talking but in other words we need to

just be equipped that we might share the truth of Christ so what I want to do is

not just talk about the resurrection.

Pastor Gary will be doing that as we get closer to Easter.

I want to talk to you about evidence for the resurrection of Christ.

This is what I'm interested in, is the evidence, because believe it or not not there is a mountain of good evidence

supporting the fact that Jesus died on the cross was buried in the tomb

physically rose from the dead and appeared to his disciples later.
