Today is part two of Missouri v. Biden.

We're going to be going over the second quote half I guess of the Missouri v

Biden case in case you missed Monday show you can always find it you can find it on

all the streaming platforms you can find it on all the podcasting platforms. Go back and listen to it

so that you're up to speed. But just to recap quickly for everybody, the

Missouri v. Biden case is one of the most important civil liberties cases in our lifetime.

It has to do with whether or not the government is allowed to coerce social media to censor

American speech based on what they consider our disfavored viewpoints.

That is the case in a nutshell.

We went through the case on Monday, starting from the beginning with the complaint

and everything that happened from the beginning with the complaint and everything that

happened from the complaint up until just about when they were about to

take depositions from some of the people. So basically the states of Missouri and

Louisiana and then later some independent

plaintiffs petitioned the court for a preliminary injunction and expedited

discovery to determine the preliminary injunction to temporarily halt the government from

communicating with social media platforms to censor Americans while the

rest of this case

is an absolute patriot, an amazing guy.

I know the word patriots overused, but he is.
