The world has never been more connected and never more divided.

Most of the media panders to what you believe and distorts what you don't, reinforces biases and exaggerates divisions.

We live inside echo chambers.

But change doesn't happen inside an echo chamber.

It's time to stick your head above the parapet, to step out of the bunker,

to stretch your legs and step on some landmines, friends. It's time to have uncomfortable

conversations.

I thought I would speak to you one-on-one today about the past week, getting back to Australia,

the Twitter fallout of going on Joe Rogan, follow-up research about myocarditis, Jokovic being deported from Australia.

A lot's happened. A lot has happened. I hope you've had a lovely week. And if you're just joining the show as a result of having seen me on Joe Rogan, then welcome. We won't always just have me

majority of the tens of thousands of messages that I've got on social media have been broadly supportive saying thanks for

putting forth an alternative point of view than the one that we often hear in alternate

media, especially in the States, about Australia and vaccines.

And a large minority making the very good point that I am an authoritarian Nazi boot

liquor apologist for a fascist totalitarian dictatorship in Australia and I should go back to

wherever Australia is, which many of these people don't know.
