or Southern members in Congress were to get into Congress at the time, they could not use Congress's money

or your taxpayer dollars to pay off the debts of the South, the Confederate soldiers that were fighting for slavery.

I mean, this guy is a come what the left is trying to do in order to take power from you and spend more of your money is absolutely crazy.
