Less. Yes, indeed. And today we have three different stories for you. We have music bingo. We have

truth serum. Yes, truth serum. And we have DNA. It's dynamite. But let's start with the story

you might remember from earlier this week, or late last

week, either way, our very own Mike Hawke brought us the story of a now-settled lawsuit.

That says that a surgeon and the anesthesiologist played a music bingo game during a routine

eye surgery, which called them to miss the critical signs that their patient was no longer

breathing.

Bart Ryder, 56, he never regained consciousness and died shortly after he was transferred from an operating room inside of

the Insight Surgery Center and Lone Tree. This is back in 2023. Well, Writer's widow, one Chris

Ryder, sued the surgeon alleging the distraction of the music bingo game,

contributed to the operating room staff's failure to monitor Mr. Ryder's vital signs during the procedure.

Now, the surgeon, that would be Dr. Stark Johnson, I swear to God, that's his name.

Stark Johnson.

Stark Johnson. Yeah, it'll surprise you, honey, but it works.

So Dr. Stark Johnson, he blames his longtime colleague, the anesthesiologist, Dr. Michael Urban, for, quote, decisions that violated proper protocol.
