Toxic work environments, whether they include an element of sexual harassment or not,

depend on lots and lots of people accepting unacceptable behavior,

from particular individuals because there is something in it for them.

And I am ready to hold that to some kind of account.

And that is true of Governor Cuomo.

This seems to have been a really poorly kept secret in terms of how it felt to work with him.
