Now that the dust has settled in what was a wild, wacky, wet, whatever you want to call it, free agency, period.

Yeah, now that it's all settled, let's look at the number one move from every team in the NFC and how it's going to actually impact fantasy football.

And let's start with Deontay Johnson.

This wasn't a free agency signing, but it happened during that period.

And it was a trade to the Panthers. We heard these rumors a couple of weeks ago that Deonté wanted out of there. Maybe there was some stuff behind the scenes,

not mixing with him in Pittsburgh. We saw some of that frustration on the field last year. And now I

think he actually, after you think about it a little bit, I think he's in a favorable spot in

Carolina. And you might be saying how is that possible based on how Bryce Young in this offense looked last year, but a lot of things have changed there. As you can see, I put this out on Twitter or X.

There's a lot of upgrades for this offense, specifically the second year quarterback in Bryce Young.

It starts with getting a wide receiver who can get open, and we'll show you just exactly how he does that shortly in Deontay Johnson.

They got an innovative new coach in Dave Canales, who the last two years has revived gino smith's career got him paid a big contract relative to

what he was getting and then got baker mayfield a revived career last year and a nice new contract

in Tampa bay in this free agency period and then also getting robert hunt one of the

biggest offensive linemen on the market from miami and damien lewis this is an improved offensive

line and offense and coaching staff now for Bryce

Young and the Panthers. And if Bryce Young does take that step forward in any way, if Dave Canales

can build an offense around him like he did with Gino to his strengths, and definitely

Baker Mayfield to his strengths, that's going to benefit one Deonté Johnson. And for what it's

worse, even if this offense doesn't skyrocket forward, you just have Deonté with not a lot of competition here. It's a 33 and a half year old Adam Thielen, who for the

first three to four weeks last year, maybe the first six weeks was really popping off in Carolina,

and then the long season on an older body and defenses realized what was happening there in the
