Summary

Welcome to the '5th Thing' with Amy & Kat!! After some Ukraine info & support updates…they kicked things off with some @elarroyo_atx sign quotes (always the best when you need a good laugh) which led to talking about early morning meet ups on Saturdays and how media consumption is totally different for “kids these days”. Amy had to explain to Kat how a pager used to work back in the day! First email they got into is from Sarah, who shared ‘4 things’ she wanted Amy & Kat to know, and that led to conversation about several things (including Amy’s missing Texas A&M ring, gratitude journaling, how Kat makes notes in her phone for things she’s thankful for, and ‘ The Doggie Lama’!) Next email is from Michelle, who shared a little bit about her ‘war with food’ and how she’s working to have a better relationship with it. Amy talked about how she eliminated dairy in her disordered eating days and now that she’s allowing it again, she is currently obsessed with sour cream! And more!!!!!

Thank you licensed therapist, Kat Defatta, for joining us with her wisdom. You can find her on Instagram: @Kat.Defatta + @YouNeedTherapyPodcast.
