It has been such a slow morning, and I feel like the past few weeks i've been very anxious

irritated overwhelmed maybe even underwhelmed by having these slow mornings i've been meaning to

get up early like 5 30 early but it hasn't been happening there.

First of all, the discipline just hasn't been there.

And then there are certain things that's been happening in my life where I just, as far as like work, personal, where I haven't been able to just really get to bed on time.

But again, it all goes back to discipline.

But today has been another

one of those long slow mornings but i haven't necessarily been stressing about it i haven't been

anxious about it i just been kind of flowing and although i still have the desire to wake up and at an earlier time to get

my day started earlier I'm still not stressed I'm still not anxious about having yet another

slow morning I still went to the gym I did a little run on the treadmill which i'm craving

i guess i'm craving and excited for warmer weather so i can do like a little nice run outside um

you know i had my morning smoothie i meditated which i haven't really meditated, like actually sat down and

meditated in a really long time. So my body, my mind, my soul needed that so desperately.

So all in all, I'm feeling good. I'm feeling aligned. I'm feeling in flow. I'm

feeling blessed, grateful, abundant in every way possible. How are you doing? Take a deep breath.
