We have a returning guest, my boyfriend, Alex.

This is also great because I love talking to people who are not in entertainment.

So we're going to get into all of his career changes and his advice for you guys because you wrote in on the discord asking for advice about changing careers and Alex is the expert.

Say a little bit about yourself.

I'm Alex. I am currently a software engineer. I've been doing that for about six years.

And before that, I was a CPA, which means certified public accountant.

So I only changed careers twice. When I was in accountant, I did three different accounting jobs, like within the span of two and a half years.

But you said I had a career changes, but I only did it once just to be clear.

I had a ton of major changes and stuff like that though.

That is true, but you are someone who I think thinks things through really well.

And I think that's something that could really be imparted to our audience.

So let's start with what did you want to be growing up?

I feel like the way that I thought about jobs as a kid was like,
