When you create sacred space, that space is set aside a little bit from what we would consider

to be sort of our normal mundane space. And it's like the air feels a little bit heavier.

You can feel the power, not in a fancy, splashy, you know, television kind of

poof sort of way. It's more like if you're in a car and you're going up a mountain and your

ears pop, you can feel like the difference between the altitude below and the altitude above.

It's a little bit like that.

It's that feeling of intensity and of being set aside from the regular world.

And sometimes it's very quiet.

And sometimes, especially if you have a powerful group of people working together,

it can be pretty intense. And it's not, especially if you're by yourself, it may be extremely

subtle and people shouldn't feel like they're not doing it right if they don't sense a difference

because it really is one of those things that the more you practice, the more you notice it,

the better your focus is, the better able you are to create this little sort of bubble of sacred space.

But even if you can't feel it, it's still there.
