Here's some things that I've learned about it's not stick to nis. It's actually daily practices.

Number one, the simple things to do are unfortunately simple not to do.

That's why I teach so many people to say thank you and that's why

it took me nine months to say thank you for 30 straight days without missing a

day. One of my favorite videos is a testament to this. This guy dedicated his whole life.

He took one second of every day for five years to make a movie. So he's gone through the planet,

to write the notes, and he took the best one second of his day

and he made a movie for five years

and it's, you know, this flash flash and my favorite day was imagine this is

you saying this is I'm dedicating my life to doing this this must be a priority

more than saying thank you at night and day like 82 was my favorite

day because he held up a sign that said oh shit I forgot yesterday imagine like you're on a mission to do a movie

for five years and you're like 80 days into it

or whatever and you still forget.

If that doesn't tell you the challenge that you have of being human.

So number one, remind yourself every morning the simple things to do are simple not to do.

Two, have non-negotiables.

Therefore, it's impossible for me not to do the non-negotiables that are going to get me there.
