0:47.5	ratchet down the ability of American citizens to exercise the franchise. They've tried

0:54.1	by requiring increasingly difficult voter ID requirements in the states.
0:59.1	Vote Riders is the solution to that. Lauren is the vote writer strategy
1:04.0	has implemented the the vote writer strategy in a number of states around the
1:08.8	country and runs our national operations.
