0:05.2	podcasts over the last five plus years. This one is special. This gentleman is named Gordon Kaplan.
0:11.5	He's become a good friend over the last couple of years.
0:14.0	And the reason it's special is it's tied to that story everybody heard about
0:20.0	unless you were living under a rock. Varsity Blue scandal. What happened there?
0:25.2	Well, a bunch of parents got excited, probably like we have as parents for the last
0:30.4	hundred years and we're going to do it for the next hundred years. We got excited about getting our kids into a good college.
0:37.0	And Gordon, famous lawyer, top of his game, I mean he was the chairman of the board,
0:43.6	number one deal maker in the United States, extremely wealthy, great family,
0:49.2	he crossed over the line.
0:51.2	He knew what was right and what was wrong, probably better than any of us, but
0:56.8	he stepped over the line for his child. And he paid the price. He ended up in jail. Like I said he lost his law firm. His entire life was gone.
1:09.2	There are moments he'll tell you where he didn't he didn't know how to continue and so this is a

1:20.6	for my children as I know you would. I have a book coming out on parenting in four weeks and I'm
1:28.1	saying to myself, gee, did I get it right in the book because there's a lot of things I didn't consider after doing
