1:28.0 | rich and we might even perceive it as the oxygen that keeps us going. But we must remember that when it comes to |
1:38.0 | breathing, following every inhale is an exhale and that exhale is what allows for the next inhale. |
1:48.9 | So what I encourage you to assess today is do you feel like you have healthy integration of |
1:57.8 | exhales in your life? These exhales don't need to be every three seconds like your breathing pattern might be. |

2:39.0 | It could also be sitting with your partner, your child, a friend, and just having some space to connect without |
2:47.2 | any agenda. There are a lot of ways to integrate these exhales into your day. Personally, I have a timer that I keep on my waistband |
