Hey, Lakemore family. It is a joy to be here today. Man, Pastor Josh does I know I'm going to say this, but I'm going to say it anyways. He is truly one of the most honoring and generous people that I know. And anybody else here grateful that we have an amazing leadership here at Laypoint. I know I am. And that's what we're going to be today.

And we are jumping back into this sermon series called There is More, where we're basically

just going, studying verse by verse, the book of Acts.

And if you're hearing, you're saying, man, haven't we done this series before?

You're right.

We have. but we're doing

it again. Guess this? Why? Because there is more. That's why. And so Acts chapter 17, and while you go

find it, let me start with this question. When was the last time that you used the phrase,

that's not a hill that I would die on.

We usually say something like this to basically imply that something is important, but it's not like that important.

And it's interesting because today, in our culture, it seems like people have very strong opinions about a bunch of different things.

And so it's very common to see people disagree strongly and debate and fight over things.

That honestly, like, I'm not sure that they're worth fighting for.

And let me just give you a very quick example.

The first one is this.

I don't personally relate to this one as much,

but I hear this is very controversial.

And people will ask the question,

should you hang toilet paper over?

Or should it be under?

And people are already starting to fight already. And this is great. It's great start.
