Can you just give us a quick update as to where Evergrande is at at the moment?

China's property giant Evergrande says that it simply can't issue new debt.

I mean, its flagship onshore unit is now under investigation by the Chinese securities

regulator for suspected violation of information disclosure.

So what we do know is that at the end of July, its unpaid debts dueed total roughly

about $38 billion, and it has almost 2,000 pending litigation cases.

And when news of this came out in Hong Kong earlier this morning shares plummeted more
