On today's show, we're going to talk about the schedule.

There's a schedule of games for the remainder of the regular season, the eight seating games to be played in Orlando.

We'll talk about the implications of the schedule for both the Nuggets and their opponents,

as well as how I think we're probably going to see this playing out over the course of those few weeks before the playoffs begin and who Denver will likely face in a first round matchup.

So let's start here.

If you have not heard the news of who the Nuggets are going to be playing.

Here are their eight games.

They're going to start off on Saturday, August 1st with a game versus Miami. They kick off two days later

into the resumption, so you have to wait a little bit longer for the Nuggets to play basketball

again. They then face the Oklahoma City Thunder. They face the San Antonio Spurs on

Wednesday the 5th. They have a back-to-back versus Portland on Thursday the 6th. Then Utah on

the 8th. They play the Lakers, the Clippers, and then finally Toronto in their final matchup. I went

back and looked and let's just go ahead and get this off the top right away.

The Nuggets went 11 and 4 this season versus the opponents they're set to face in Orlando.

Now, there's a lot of context there, right?

So you probably remember that Paul George did not play in the first game between the Oklahoma,

or between the clippers and the Nuggets at Pepsi Center kind of a big deal

there. The Miami and Toronto games are actually more interesting in that in those two games,

those teams were injured, beaten up, tired, and at the end of a West Coast road trip.

The Nuggets got them out like the most opportune moment and went undefeated versus those two teams.

It will be remarkably tougher in this environment.
