President Trump moves to address the flight crisis. Two executives at the BBC resign over

a commander's game. I'm Georgia Howe with Daily Wire executive editor John Bickley. It's Monday,

November 10th, and this is Evening Wire. With the shutdown nearing an end, President Trump wasted

no time in addressing one of its key pain points, air travel.

The president wrote on Truth Social this morning that air traffic controllers must get back

to work or else have their pay, quote, substantially docked. The president also praised the

controllers who continued working throughout the shutdown, calling them great patriots and pledging

to recommend a $10,000 bonus for, quote, distinguished

service to our country.

The FAA ordered that 4% of today's flights be canceled due to the shutdown, with that number

scheduled to rise up to 10% by Friday.

But Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says he's exploring every option to keep planes flying. Here he is talking to CNN.
