The announcement comes days after Daily Wire investigative reporter Luke Rosiak published a series

of stories documenting how Ohio spent a billion dollars on home health care in 2024.

He testified this morning in a hearing on the matter that was closed to the press.

It's been a busy day on Capitol Hill this morning.

We got the administration, Dr. Oz and the Trump administration, terminated $1.4 billion in payments, all home health care payments, now suspended because of the daily wires reporting.

And what we're seeing is people not just saying they're going to investigate waste and fraud, but talking about terminating the home health personal services program

entirely.

Easiest way to get rid of all this fraud is just terminate the whole program.

And so we're seeing Congressmen build momentum from telling RFK and the HHS to just terminate

those personal services Medicaid waivers with

California, Ohio, Massachusetts, New York.
