Evening Wire. Israel carried out what it called a precise strike today on the senior leadership of the Hamas terrorist group in Qatar.

Daily Wire reporter Tim Pierce has more.

Key leaders of Hamas have been safely living in Qatar away from the war in Gaza since launching the terror attacks on Israel in 2023.

But on Tuesday, the Israel Defense Force says it took some of them out in a precision strike in a plush neighborhood of Doha, a long-time haven for the terror group's senior command.

The targets were known operatives tied to planning of the October 7 massacre.

Meanwhile, Qatar responded by condemning the attack, calling it a blatant violation of all international laws and norms.

The IDF said in a statement that,

prior to the strike, measures were taken in order to mitigate harm to civilians, including

the use of precision munitions and additional intelligence. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu
