June is Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Awareness Month and support groups have begun using different techniques to help individuals cope with trauma. One of those groups is the 'Wounded Warrior Project', an American charity and veterans service organization, who have started to use art therapy, music and cooking programs in order to use creativity to unlock new ways of healing.
