I'm John Saussier. When I think of train robbers, I think of those old black and white movies

that come to mind. Bandits with black bandanas and cowboy hats chasing boxcars on horses,

but more in 2022, and those people look a little bit different

but they're still doing big damage right now especially in the Los Angeles area.

They are making hundreds of arrests and 90 containers on average are tipping over a day.

So they are catching these people.

The issue is that more than half are left out on the street within 24 hours.
