the Biden administration has taken a hands-off approach.

These countries have gone to other places for support.

They've gone to China, they've gone to Russia, they've gone to Saudi Arabia and to the Emirates,

and so I think a lot of the weight of the US word

has been diluted by all of these new powers coming in.

This is the Fox News rundown, Evening Edition. Late last month there was a coup in Sudan, destroying the possibility for a transitional

government to thrive. In neighboring Ethiopia, a civil war is threatening to engulf the region,

with the Horn of Africa on edge.

The Biden administration's use of statements and diplomacy is not prevailing.

Well, in the Horn of Africa we've seen in the last year or so a real degradation in stability.

In countries that have previously been unstable and those that had been the bedrock of stability for us.
