that's been turned upside down by a derailed train filled with hazardous chemicals are being promised

that help is on the way and that they won't be forgotten. But who's going to pay for it all?

There's no question that while people want to see a federal response, they don't want a

federal response to be at the taxpayer's expense. They want more of a southern footing of bill.
