Wednesday, April 16th, 2025. I'm Ryan Schmels. Democrats are up in arms after the deportation

of a man to El Salvador, but allies of President Trump are backing the administration.

MS-13 was declared a foreign terrorist organization as is Trend de Agua, and that, of course,

removes any protection from being able to remain in the United States. So I think the administration

was justified in their actions to send this citizen of El Salvador back to El Salvador.

Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen made the trip to El Salvador to try and visit Kilmarabrego Garcia,

a man who is living in his home state before his deportation that Van Hollen says was done

without due process.

The Trump administration later admitted his removal was initially an administrative error,

but they're now defending the move based on his alleged ties to the designated terrorist

organization and gang MS-13. Van Hollen's home state is also the former home of Rachel Morin, whose alleged

killer was found guilty on all charges this week, and Republicans are accusing Democrats like

Van Hollen of being silent about her murder. I wish they cared as much about American citizens
