The 9-11 suspects finally going to be facing their day in court

after 20 long years. There's a lot of details that need to be sorted

out first though. A lot of the testimony that has to come forward here is classified information.

And so creating an environment that you can have an open court setting,

but also an element of it that is not open

so it doesn't compromise classified information has been a problem.

This is the Fox News rundown, evening edition.

It's been almost 20 years since the 9-11 terror attacks and the alleged

mastermind behind the plot has yet to be tried.

Pre-trial hearings at Guantanamo Babes span nine years were put on hold for the past

18 months because of the coronavirus pandemic.

On Tuesday, those hearings resume for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other defendants.
