Friday, November 14th, 2025. I'm Eben Brown. President Trump orders bigger and badder warships into the Caribbean to confront central and South American narco terrorists and perhaps something else.

He's being briefed on options. Those are going to include, you know, potential land strike

options. Again, not a decision, but Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Kane and

others will be telling him what potential targets could be hit,

what Venezuela's military defenses might look like, where the target priorities would be.

This is the Fox News Rundown Evening Edition.

President Trump and his Secretary of War Pete Hegseth have wasted no time sending U.S. military assets to the South Caribbean very near to the coasts of Venezuela and Colombia, where they spent some weeks targeting and destroying what they call drug boats, vessels operated by alleged drug traffickers designed to evade detection and transport illicit narcotics to the U.S.

Nearly 80 people are believed to have been killed so far. The president claims Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro has been behind many of the drug cartels sending deadly drugs to the U.S.

And now President Trump is sending some formidable military hardware like the aircraft carrier Gerald R. Ford to the Caribbean.

And that comes after some open discussion that CIA can be authorized to operate on the ground in Venezuela.

And other U.S. military assets are now in training in places like Trinidad and Tobago and in Puerto Rico and Panama.

It has triggered a response from the Venezuelans who have ordered their military to full

readiness.

But that aircraft carrier we sent, the Ford, it's big, and it's fearsome looking, and that is the

idea.

She'd been up watching the Russians and the Baltics, working with the Norwegians and other

NATO partners, quickly replenished in the Mediterranean and steamed at 30 knots on her nuclear reactors
